About SecuConCept Onlineservice

SecuConCept Onlineservice is the web and app division of SecuConCept Inh. Torsten Bentlage, based in Cologne, Germany. We develop company websites, web apps, customer portals and specialist portals with AI assistance. AI can support drafts for design, copy and code. Scope, human review, delivery and any ongoing services are agreed for the specific project.

The service is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, trades businesses, service providers and specialist firms. The industry focus is private security, craft businesses and B2B services. Requirements, existing systems, available capacity and a realistic delivery schedule are assessed before the work is agreed.

Torsten Bentlage, owner of SecuConCept, is the contact for project requirements and responsibility for conception and quality. Our own SecuConCept portals provide examples of how information, enquiries and recurring workflows can be structured. For each client project, functions, access permissions, review criteria, handover and ongoing responsibilities are defined individually.
